I believe that the use of "our"(possessive personal pronoun) in your statement can work both ways because the sentence commences with "I"(subjective personal pronoun).

The use of "my" or "your" would have put it beyond critique from those who were unable to determine from the rest of the paragraph that it was your(place of work) "our" and not our(PTSC shareholders) "our".
