Be alittle more clear... does seem like your talking about Turley as  OUR CEO...." and also have the privilege of having a very close relative who founded a successful company...."     are you talking about the same person or two different people?

Nothing wrong with Turleys comments....investors look for confidence ...if I was a new investor i wouldnt be buying the stock if the CEO ws saying.... Our company is doing great..but alot of big risk ahead..not sure we will win the cases in the courts...but i got my fingers crossed...lol.....

DD and research lets an investor guage whether or not the CEO is completely off base..or right on about the situation....
