Only been waiting about 7-8 yrs for this! Kicking myself for not owning ALOT more right now.... (Always the way). Still surprised this killer news hasn`t pushed us a lot higher, but I don`t think we`re done yet, could be more tomorrow. AND, a positive re: Higgins would be the icing (at least for those that are hip to what`s up here).
