If there is no news before the SHM then...

it will be a very boring meeting because they can't disclose any new info. if it hasn't been already disclosed to the public.  They obviously can't dicsuss the court case. 

If there is no news before the meeting, I can't figure out why they would even have a meeting - what is there to discuss?  I guess they could talk about the New England Patriots LOL!
