If they. JT, allow this share price to stagnate going into this meeting they are going to have a LYNCH MOB on their hands!! New CEO, new BOD member and all the positives will not insulate them from some very upset shareholders. Keep in mind the volume for months at much higher prices! Those holders are gonna be pissed!
So in light of the afore mentioned, I have to believe SOMETHING must be in the works for release prior to this meeting. Personally I am dissapointed we did not get news TODAY! What we really need is a settlement of this case will dollar amounts attached. Will we get it this week? Who knows but I doubt it.
