Any of you lawyer type out there have a thought on percent chance the Higgins information is allowed in court???

I have read both sides original responses that Milestone posted recently. My thoughts are TPL is on solid ground, but then I forge metal for a living so I am not as familiar to the law as many others here.

So I don't realy no the odds this will be allowed.

Thoughts on their chances of getting this allowed is greatly appreciated.
