<This Court grants the Toshiba Defendants’ Unopposed Motion to Dismiss and DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE any and all allegations of infringement under any of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,784,584; 5,809,336; and 6,598,148 by any of the Toshiba Defendants of certain products denominated as ASIC products, including all products in the TC200, TC220, TC240, TC260, TC280, and TC300 families of ASIC products.>

It appears that we dismissed the afrementined chips probably because they did not infringe on any of the MMP.  So perhaps the 584 issue is still a significant worry for the Js, even though no longer part of the case.  I was under the impression that the stipulated judgement allowed us to take the Js to court again if we win on appeal of the MH ruling.  If that is not a correct understanding, somebody please correct me.  Thanks.  Opty
