Well now if there is a settlement at some point, what might it involve? For sure the 336 and 148.  But what about the 584?  Would the Js want a settlement to include the 584? I suspect they would.  Would TPL necessarily include it in a settlement?  IMO no. Perhaps TPL is looking for a separate license for the 584 and not have it included in any settlement of the current litigation.  Could this be why mediation was unsuccessful?    Opty
