If we are fortunate enough to have settlement pre trial..  I certainly hope the amounts are released at that time... and not kept under wraps for whatever reason... Defendents' request, TPL's decision...

Short of Summary Judgement, the Defendents potentially still may not admit infringement..

Hopefully the numbers will demand shouting from rafters & thumping of chests...
