Thanks Wolf. FWIW…Just out of curiosity, I looked up the satisfied/terminated filings for this case (see below) to just get some kind of idea as to how things transpired, realizing that our case is most likely much more complex therefore maybe not a good comparison. Mediation for this case was completed June, 2007, went to trial, and than they settled, which is in line with what Ease has reported through his attorney friend as a very distinct possibility. Also, not included in this list but listed in the case history are some partial summary judgments that were filed, which also backs up some claims on this board that if a request for summary judgment is filed, than they will be very easy to identify as such simply by name. Anyways, just a FWIW. Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
