Worn-out..........We know that finding a M&A is not like going to Amazon.com..............It will take alot of work.................Of course it would have to be benificial to both Co's.............So for my way of thinking, JT and NT will be looking for a diamond in the ruff that no one else can see............At that point they will have to convince the other co that their knowledge /and monies/ in this field will benefit both co's.........It is a challenge but it has been done before.........Larry
