I couldn't agree more....both sides have been working on their responses for at least a week.

My guess is all parties involved want this wrapped up before Christmas, don't you?  Just because we never saw a mediator's report doesn't mean they aren't still talking and waiting to see how this Shaw (ACP) episode plays out. 

Hopefully Drew Hamiliton will be notified that his scheduled depostion on Nov. 1 has been cancelled due to settlement!
