I write: Wow! Judge Ward gave them 6 days because he did not want any crying about not enough time to respond when they loose and Higgins (Exb 17) is disallowed. I am certain he has already read over the info submitted previously and has formed an opinion. He is allowing time, so much time, IMO to give them a chance to change his mind without interjecting appela material.
