Try getting your facts straight. That statement is absolutely wrong, and you probably KNOW it.

There was no effort to replace the "Investor's Representative on the Advisory Board" (quite the contrary). And there was no effort to replace anyone (BoD). And Ron's questions were answered for the most part.
