My guess is there may have been interest in the Intellasys SEAforth system on chip solution. Would be a tough one to try to integrate into a settlement for MMP. What else might those guys be interested in? In any case, looks like there was at least one possibility of settlement that did not pan out. Good to know Js are at least thinking that way.
