Milestone.......This seems so cut and dry............The 3 judges ruled that Higgens must be mute..........Since it has been said / written/done why would the J's even bring this up......I understand the kitchen sink defense but to bring this point up to the court seems unprepared/no knowledge of the law........Can we possibly be missing something...........
