Just now realized that the expedited ruling just recently requested is not about Higgins, but the admissability of Shaw.  I do not believe there was a similar request to the court on Higgins.  So the urgency is really just as claimed in the request.   Darn.  Perhaps I should consider more mundane investments that do not require the attention to detail needed here.  Opty
