The mediation report is due five days after mediation is concluded. The woman I spoke to this morning did not know if mediation was concluded.

I revisted the JAMS (the resolution experts) website http://www.jamsadr.com/ and got the phone number for their corporate office in Irvine, CA. I spoke with a very nice woman in that office who could not believe how I had been treated by someone in the Texas office, earlier today. She said that anyone is welcome to call them to learn more about the mediation process. She said that she would call me back after 2:30 my time to tell me what, if anything, she can learn about where we are in the mediation process.
