Ok, with the new info seems J's and TPL decided not to meet until the judge cleared the ACP/Higgins road block.

Mediation, I was told (by Faulkner's case manager) did take place.  She didn't know if it had been concluded.  She also said she wasn't aware of the five day report rule.  She went on to say that she wondered if Judge Faulkner new about it and that she would call him directly to find out if he needs to get a report in.

How did you reach your conclusion, please?
