I called the Clerk of the Court's office in Marshall, TX. I asked if mediation had taken place and, if so, should we be looking for an electronic report. I was told that Judge Ward's staff personnel were out of the office and that I should call Judge Faulkner's office directly to find out. I then asked her if it was out of order for me to make that call and she said no.

Mediation, I was told (by Faulkner's case manager) did take place. She didn't know if it had been concluded. She also said she wasn't aware of the five day report rule. She went on to say that she wondered if Judge Faulkner new about it and that she would call him directly to find out if he needs to get a report in.
