          Jmo............While the coffers are full to do a M&A it makes sense to me that a CO that woud want to merge with PTSC would like to see the outcome of the EDOT..........

         So i am not expecting an announcement of a CO at the SHM........I believe a favorable settlement would increase our buying power , so why come from weakness..............
