I think you got it ,sometimes the simplest answer is the right answer,given what has been made public in the pacers it's the logical way to go this is a special case and requires on the fly moves by the mediator in not the usual standard way with the concent of all involved...... yes  a a bad outcome will not look  good on his resume thats why we need this ruling out of the way so it can be slam dunk with no appeal.
