WOW! That is certainly enlightening. Now I'm sure each any every one of those patents touting some sort of variable speed oscillator are just a tad different from the others, but talk about being obvious and anticipated! I would think every one of those could be invalidated as being obvious and anticipated. Invalidating the 336 would surely open the floodgates on new reexams and court cases. IMHO that is good news in our favor. Opty
