Has everyone looked at the number of documents TPL has supplied to the USPTO in late Sept? If the Js were hoping for anything there to help them before trial, I think they can forget it. That makes the Higgins issue of paramount importance to them. What else do they have? If judge Ward rules in our favor, the game is over for the Js. IMHO. Have to wonder if they realize that as well?
