I think you're right about the ten day thing. Nowhere in the updated rules can I find anything pertaining to the "ten day rule."

I do believe that a leak about a settlement could be devastating to anyone talking "out of school" and is so stated in the rules.

This takes me back to the idea that mediation has not yet been concluded.. It's a possibility.
