You make an excellent point. Since mediation was scheduled for Sept. 25, 26, 27, I assumed (maybe incorrectly) that the report was due five days from Sept 27th. If mediation had not been concluded on that date, then that might be the reason no report has been filed.

Then again if conclusion = Sept. 27 and more time was necessary, then it would appear that the report is late because the report addresses three things: settlement, more time needed to mediate and go forward with trial.
