Skepticism is probably the right attitude (and I mean nothing against Greeneyes and appreciate her effort).  But this bit of info is VERY intriguing IMO.  I surprises me that nobody but you and I have commented on it.  Assuming these guys follow their own rules, and that there indeed has been no report, and the Faulkner is as diligent at get settlements as has been reported, along with several other assumptions, this could be the biggest bit of info (clue) in the history of this company!  Well, maybe second to the deal between PTSC and TPL, but still....
