Greeneyes, are you sure about your facts?  I was under the impression that the law firm and some individual were tossed because of professional misconduct.  Subsequestly there was a settlement.  Did the lower court actually rule that the testimony was protected.  I'm not saying it is or isn't, just what exactly did the Calif court rule on?
