Does anyone know what was in the origninal Higgins testimony? My assumption is that Higgins may have revealed some discussions with Moore which indicate that Fish was the inventor of the 336 clock. Obivious since PTSC wanted to use the testimony for their benefit. I do not think judge Ward is looking for any confirmation of that info. I believe he demanded Higgins give answers (ref the phone call) because he wants to know if there is anything else beyond the ownership issue on which could invalidate. If left solely with the ownership issue, I do not think he will go there. All IMHO. Opty
