Lincoln and Swartz Ownership

The proxy indicated that Lincoln had 29.6 mil shares which included 5 mil warrants.  Apparently Swartz had 5.8 mil shares which also included 5 mil warrants.  If no more warrants, then Lincoln owns 24.6 and Swarts owns about 800K as of today assumeing they neither bought or sold any shares since Aug 31st.   Corrections welcomed.  Opty
