I think you nailed it.

There are also several motions to deal with, Higgins,Shaw, and the other guy. Once they are ruled on, and if in our favor (IMO) all of the main obsticles will be out of the way. If not in our favor then I would imagine, if considered in the Easten Texas venue, they will delt with at trial. if they are determined valid and at another venue they will have to be delt with in another Judges descretion.
