PTSC looking like something crooked going on?

Constant unloading of shares, all the while the company is buying back shares and warrants. Someone(s) are deliberately beating back the price, going against all company efforts to build shareholder value.

What crooks are involved? Not logical, that a LOGICAL investor would be unloading hundreds of thousands of shares while the news is nothing but great.
