I think you are mixing concepts.  I stand by my statement.  You may also be correct that "When a PPS is less than fifty cents, the minimum Bid/Ask has to be 5,000 shares (available), and when it gets over fifty cents the minimum has to be 2,500 shares (and I believe when it gets over a buck, the minimum drops to 500; over five bucks the minimum drops to 100)."
