That's what I thought many times. They all are liked due to the realy chip designers and manufacturers. If one at all starts to buy a MMP license, all others get an alert and have to ask themself what to do.

It's therefore very important that TPL/PTSC get a confirmation of the MMP via the TX court and/or the USPTO. So preasure to the total industrie will be enormous!
