We discussed this the other day - weren't you involved in that discussion? My understanding (corrections again welcomed) is that currently the (case) law provides for the "patent exhaustion", and that this dispute before the SC seeks to alter it such that the exhaustion occurs further down the food chain. If that is the ruling, that's better for us. If they rule to keep things unchanged, we're no worse off than we were before. Perhaps you seek a more astute opinion of the matter? That's cool.

But I will again suggest that, in light of "patent exhaustion" concerns, the elimination of ARM from our instant litigation is a probable boon for our team. Work from the bottom of the food chain up, and capture everybody!
