From the letter to shareholders contained in the proxy filed on the 27th, the number of shares purchased is 18 mil. That is prior to the date of the letter which is dated Sept 17th. What PTSC may have purchased between then and JT's pr on the 27th is not known. Corrections welcomed. Opty
