I would guess it also shows they did not expect/know the share price would regress to the mid .30s.. but acted to take advantage when it did with share repurchase..

If so.. I would then expect a prev post/pondering of mine to be inacurate.. regarding possible new options priced at .34 .. there shouldn't be any..
