I agree with your thinking, but in IMO, in some ways we are a little different.
First I agree, the appeal process takes time and makes it hard (cash wise) on the little guy. TiVo for example, won it's lawsuit with EchoStar, but EchoStar has appealed and TiVo was forced to issue more shares to raise cash. We don't want to go there....please don't make us go there! LOL
I think we are a little different in that if we go to court and win, and the case get's appealed (IMO a given..it would), than we would have more companies lining up to buy licenses so the cash would still be coming in.
In the end though I agree 100% with you, let's ge a settlement, as long as it is substantial. Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
