Hi Bill:

Thanks for all your superb posts. I agree with mediation but not at almost any cost. I looked up summary judgement which is attached and that would keep us from waiting 3 months. I think TPL will demand this as I don't think they will want to settle with the terms we give them. It looks like a good thing to do and it appears the J's are preparing to go this route and not giving in to TPL in any way, based on their pacer submissions. They will use everything to anything to try and trip up what appears to be a slam dunk on the 2 patents.
