These filings and all of the relevant passages as they pertain to the case will be reviewed, rereviewed, spreadsheeted, compared, contrasted, and otherwise beaten to death by the team.  Doubtful that the Js could "slip one by" in the manner you are describing with anything that could have any real significance.
