Actaully instead of that short post i just made i was going to post on this topic..................Saving face..............According to what you have posted their culture is about ridged customs.......All cultures have their stick..........They believe what they believe and frown on difference, which is no different from our melting pot............Q....How do we get everyone on the same page/acceptance.........

        In the Burns epic about WW2  " THE WAR "    during the war when the U.S. solders were brought back to Japan as prisioners, the Japanese people had not respect for them...........They believed that it was a honor to die for your beliefs and that these solders were cowards........Actaully an American solders of Hispanic decent felt that his culture had the same belief system...........

        So , this is where if you are a laywer you need that killer instinct/close the deal..........................We know that several Asian CO'S have signed on the dotted line and that is more than great......

        That breaks with the co line..........Are the J 2.5 doing the Alamo remake.................Win at all cost or go down in flames........Heck, i do that some days.................The bigger ego the more reason to go for broke...................Q.        Are we dealing with rational people.....My guess is that mediation will tell.................IMO tpl wants the house, but they know that if they can save both their face and the J'S it can be considered a win win for both..........We go to court and as a non lawyer it could take years we have been told....IMO a settlement for less than most her feel is crutial will still instill fear in the hearts of the othe notified co's.......................5 million here and ten million there and after awhile you have some change........ ...Comments
