ARM should be/is upset they could not end this with us in the midst of everything going on with the other defendants.

After the current litigation is settled, and Patriot/TPL has a ton of money in the bank.  TPL will have a chance to continue to hire and train new employees.  Our success in appealing the 584 and going after ARM will not be affected by a lack of resources. 

 Hopefully a decisive victory  will make this the last time the 336 and 148 are challenged in court.
