I read that also, and had believed that to be the case - that they could sell but could not buy. But someone pointed me to further language where it did indeed say "trade". I stood corrected. No time to dig it up.....sorry.

Gone for rest of the day. Will took for PACER postings tonight - hoping they'll be here and favorable! If they are not forthcoming, mediation can proceed, IMO. As our team recently advised the court, the parties already have enough "known" to enable an effective mediation.
