SGE, any chance your or someone else could confirm whether your statement is correct?

I thought it only said not buy. I Find it hard to believe that Swartz would agree with a no sell clause and it's not needed as far warrant pricing is concerned. I tried to find the agreement details, w/o any luck. TIA Opti
