I fournd this to be interesting:

"Mr. Flowers is also entitled to certain payments upon a change of control of the Company if the surviving corporation does not retain him."

And fs you are right, JT did say we will see changes by the END of the year.

He also said in 12-18 months he would reveal his plan for another revenue stream.

Wish I was a fly on the wall in JT's office. :-))
