Ads..............Well, twice i went to mediation in small claims court and we all know that this will be handled differently..........

This is a judge that has been involved and has settled IP cases...........Comments welcome, but it would seems like he would be up to speed with this case...............I can not see him being passive and just letting each side speak.........I believe that he would like to broker a deal.......

I spent a few hours yesterday afternoon with a good friend who happens to be a highly regarded workmens comp lawyer...........As always he reminds me that as a lawyer that he is trained to think as the devils advocate............If our case is as strong as we believe it is, lets hope he has the power of persuasion......
