Can someone tell me if Flowers actually converted his 750,000 at .45? (One post read that Flowers is now a shareholder.)

If yes, that would mean he shelled out $337,500 out of his own pocket to buy 750,000 options at .45???

Needless to say, if this is the case, it is a very bullish sign.
