We've recently experienced higher volumes due (I believe) to recent signings. Otherwise, it's been pretty much low, low volume throughout the Summer. Unfortunately, the recent higher volumes didn't result in a higher SP.

I'm not convinced a favorable Pacer from Judge W. will actually cause a volume surge or an SP pop because there will still be uncertainty - unless of course it's something that would favorably put an end to the dispute. I think investors want proof that the flood gates will be open for PTSC via a settlement announcement and/or a favorable report from the USPTO. JMO!
