if you can convert options why in the world would you buy in the open market? That makes no sense at all.
If the insiders had information that Patriot was going to the moon (i.e. several huge licensees lined up and a large/very favorable settlement with the J-2.5), you better believe the insiders would be emptying their bank accounts to buy more on the open market. I know I would. You may actually see this happen in the ensuing months.
Most people believe you can't have enough money - especially people who have money.
