We never sued Arm. They joined on behalf of their customers concerning the 584 patent. I believe in one of their filings they wanted us to declare they were not infringing the other patents also, which we were not prepared to do at the time. Since we never sued them, we did not prepare a case for infringement on the other patents for them. I am going from memory on that.
